Since October 1995, Dr. Moreno has practiced dentistry near Geneva, delivering top-of-the-line service and compassion to individuals and families needing comprehensive oral healthcare. Graduating from Georgetown University’s dental school, he spent five years serving in the United States Army Dental Corp before deciding to pursue private practice.

When he’s not busy changing and improving smiles for the better, Dr. Moreno continues to stay informed of the latest advancements in dentistry and maintains memberships in the Mount Baker District Dental Society as well as the American Dental Association.
Outside the office, he spends much of his time with his wife Kathy and their three grown sons. He also enjoys umpiring at various little league baseball games and officiating local high school basketball games.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. He then moved to England to work as a technician in a dental lab before moving back to the United States and enrolling at the University of Washington to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After a one-year residency in General Hospital Dentistry at Mercy Medical Center in Canton, OH, he eventually joined the Moreno & Young Dental team in 2009.
Today, he maintains professional membership with the Washington State Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the R.L. Bruna Dental Study Club, and the Academy of General Dentistry, where he is currently pursuing fellowship status.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Young is often with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys staying physically active and spending much of his time outdoors. Here, he likes to golf, run, coach his son’s soccer teams, and volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America.
Moreno & Young Dental is also pleased to have Dr. Pfeiffer as our in-house anesthesiologist near Geneva. Raised on Long Island, he completed his bachelor's degree from The University of Colorado before going to medical school. Working in medical research for two years in Denver, CO, he graduated in 2001 from Ross University School of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine degree.
After graduate school, he traveled back to New York to complete an internship in surgery as well as a residency in anesthesiology at Montefiore Medical Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx.
Since completing his residency in 2005, he has worked in private practice. He has also continued to hone and refine his skills while also completing various educational courses to learn more about modernized medical techniques and technologies.
Dr. Pfeiffer received recognition as a diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology. He also has certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and has continued to gain experience in pediatric anesthesia.
When he’s not in the office working alongside Dr. Moreno and Dr. Young, you’ll find him with his wife Jennifer and their one son. Living in the area since 2005, he enjoys experiencing the Pacific Northwest and staying active within the community.
